Fresh off our own free births, we realized that our womb healing journeys allowed us to truly claim our power in birth. From Nancy awakening to the archetypes of womanhood in a tiny, lakeside Guatemalan village to Kristin stepping off the hormonal chaos roller coaster and finally living pain free, it was time to merge the sacred and the science of the menstrual cycle.
