1. Program Description

Kristin Hauser of Womb Medicine LLC agrees to provide the Participant with access to a practitioner mentorship program that may include:

  • Group training calls or case study discussions

  • Educational materials, clinical insights, and business guidance

  • Optional access to resources, templates, or bonus modules
    This mentorship is designed to support the Participant in developing skills and confidence in their work as a holistic practitioner. It is not a certification program or licensure course.

2. Scope of Practice

This program is for educational purposes only. It does not confer any legal scope of practice, licensure, or certification to diagnose, treat, or prescribe. The Participant agrees to operate within the legal bounds of their existing credentials and local regulations at all times.

3. No Clinical Supervision or Patient Oversight

Kristin Hauser and Womb Medicine LLC does not assume legal responsibility for the Participant’s clinical decisions or outcomes with clients or patients. All mentorship is advisory and educational. The Participant is fully responsible for applying any information with discernment and within the bounds of their role.

4. Payment Terms

  • The Participant agrees to pay a total of $3000, $500 for 6 monthly payments.

  • Payments will be automatically charged on schedule.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued, regardless of participation or perceived outcomes.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of access.

5. Confidentiality

  • Kristin Hauser agrees to keep all personal and professional information shared by the Participant confidential.

  • The Participant agrees to keep any proprietary materials, peer discussions, and other participant experiences private and confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials shared in the program—such as written guides, frameworks, business templates, recorded calls, or clinical strategies—are the intellectual property of Womb Medicine LLC and may not be copied, shared, or used to create derivative products without explicit written consent.

7. Participant Responsibilities

The Participant agrees to:

  • Show up with honesty, integrity, and readiness to grow

  • Ask questions, complete assignments, and engage with the mentorship process

  • Respect the container, community, and confidentiality of all members

8. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • Kristin Hauser is not liable for the Participant’s clinical decisions, client relationships, or business outcomes.

  • Results are not guaranteed. This mentorship is intended to offer insight, reflection, and resources—not formulas or fixes.

  • Kristin Hauser does not provide legal, financial, or licensed psychological services.

9. Termination

  • If the Participant chooses to leave the program early, no refunds will be provided.

  • Kristin Hauser may terminate this agreement and remove the Participant from the program due to misconduct, breach of agreement, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kansas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in that jurisdiction.

11. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Womb Medicine Practitioner Training and Mentorship

This training is for you if you’re a health coach, TCM practitioner, nutritionist, doula, or bodyworker who specializes in womb and hormone healing, fertility through postpartum. 

Core Competencies that you gain by joining

✔️TCM Fundamentals - Understand Qi, Blood, Yin, Yang, Essence, Pathogenic Factors and each unique organ system. This will be taught in relation to female physiology, hormones, the menstrual cycle and pregnancy/ postpartum. (I will not be discussing 5 element theory in this training)

✔️Use tongue diagnosis to take your assessment skills to the next level

✔️Lab analysis - specifically the DUTCH complete, GI Map, cortisol testing, hormone testing, semen analysis and more 

✔️Chinese Herbal Medicine formulation specific for womb and hormone healing. This will include learning single herbs as well as commonly used formulas.  

✔️Building an online or in person practice that lights you up (this includes systems, legalities, tech needs, marketing, client management, intake forms, types of practices, structuring your sessions and rates)

✔️Working with the following common diagnoses: PCOS, Endometriosis, “Unexplained Infertility,” thyroid conditions, amenorrhea, fibroids, cysts, cervical dysplasia, chronic yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis

✔️Build your own nervous system capacity and supporting the women you work with using time tested tools (not trendy biohacks!)

Essential Details 

  • We meet 3 times per month for 3 hours each session. 
  • Classes are Wednesdays at 1:30 pm CST (USA time zone) 
  • We will have one month off for integration in December. 
  • Each month the sessions will be oriented around 1 training call, 1 case study (presented by me for the first 3 months and then potentially brought by students), 1 mentorship and Q/A call (for all topics including business development).
  • Core curriculum videos and guides related to topics covered will be released as needed.

 

This training curriculum is emergent based on the needs of the women who say yes. I’m committed to bringing you the best of what I know in a titrated, digestible and implementable way!

We will also have a private network or channel for communication, client feedback and questions.

The exchange for this is $500 per month for 6 monthly payments.
